Retreat Overview

At our center we offer a 4 days post trek yoga retreat program that will unwind, rejuvenate and re-attune your mind, body and soul as you stretch, re-centre and find your breath at the lower altitudes.

Trekking in the Himalayas may take a toll on you physically, mentally, and sometimes emotionally. There’s every chance you’ll be feeling exhausted once arriving back on even ground, upon the completion of your mountain adventure. Our restorative 4 days post trek yoga retreat program is designed especially to return you to equilibrium on every level before a long flight home or further travel.
