12:15 to 12:45 – Steam Bath/Sauna

2:00 to 3:00 – Relax In the Garden
3:00 to 4:00 – Ayurvedic Oil Massage
Evening Activities (5:00 to 7:00 PM)
5:00 to 5:15 : Tea Break

Pricing
The 1-Day Yoga Relaxation Package price is $45 per person. Payment can be done beforehand or on arrival. We accept cash or visa cards. If you are arriving at the retreat at your own convenience, it’s well and good, otherwise, we can arrange a pick-up facility from the airport at $20 (one-way). If you want a pick-up facility from somewhere else in Kathmandu, let us know. The taxi fare may change in that case.

- The rate mentioned here is in USD for you to understand easily. We will charge the equivalent amount in Nepali rupee, applying the currency rate of the day on your arrival
