Code of Conduct

Our academy and retreat center is a special place where people come to deepen their practice, connect with others, and find peace and harmony within. To maintain this welcoming and serene environment, we’ve created a few guidelines. Think of them as gentle reminders to help everyone enjoy the best experience. We encourage you to give the love and respect you’d like to receive. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Be Present and Punctual: Being on time shows respect for your fellow students and teachers. If you’re not feeling well or need to miss a class, just let us know so we can support you.

Silent Eating: Mealtime is a chance to nourish both body and soul. We keep it quiet here so you can really savor your food and the experience.

Respect and Kindness: We all come from different backgrounds, so let’s approach each other with open hearts and minds. A little kindness and understanding go a long way.

Quiet Mornings: The early hours are a precious time here. Let’s keep things quiet, especially before and after yoga sessions. It’s a great way to start the day with mindfulness.
