The foundational sound healing course is the journey that can transform you into a new world of sound & vibration. This course is a unique experience, anchored in ancient wisdom and syncretizing traditional practices with innovative healing methods that enable rapid learning of the science as well as philosophy behind sound healing. This course delves into the essence of sound— what makes it all, from the initial subtle vibration of the twinkling act of creation, to the physical preservation tools and energies used by Tibetan singing bowls.

This is a practical hands-on workshop, which will offer profound experiential learning to hone skills tested and proven by time in the sound healing arts for personal and professional development. A comprehensive curriculum exploring the spiritual, energetic, and therapeutic use of sound is delivered in this course to bring about profound change for personal growth and helping others — in a way that simultaneously respects lineage & source materials but also encourages a constant exploration into new possibilities and ideas.

Arrival and Departure

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Open mind, learning attitude, and motivation to become a well-intentioned yoga teacher.
  • Respect and acceptance for different cultures, religions, and personal habits.
  • Suitable for beginner/intermediate practitioners with high self-discipline.
  • Physically fit and mentally stable to handle rigorous training.
  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Inform us of any chronic health issues before booking.

How to Get There

  • Located between Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
  • 22 km from Tribhuvan International Airport, 10 km from Bhaktapur, 25 km from Thamel, and 1 km from Telkot.
  • Hire a cab from the airport or request us to arrange one for a fee.
  • You can use local public transportation

What to Bring

  • Warm clothing for mornings and evenings (winter)
  • Warm socks, hat, waterproof walking shoes, outdoor wear (winter/rainy season)
