About the Program

A Yoga Teacher Training 100 hours program, which lasts for 13 days or two weeks, helps an individual to learn yoga safely and lawfully on the basis of understanding some basic protocols, rules and principles of a yogic life. This program provides a foundation for creating an individual practice of yoga in order to bring balance into our lives.

Upon finishing our 100-hour course, students may be able to complete the yoga teacher training 200-hours course in-person or online at our Yoga Academy in Nepal. At completion of the full program participants will fulfill minimum standards for certification in RYT through US Yoga Alliance to enable them opportunities for teaching yoga.

Why Our YTT 100 Hours Course?

Our Yoga Teacher Training 100 hours is well curated to provide a basic introduction to yoga and help you on your journey of self-discovery with relaxation. We practice and teach a style of yoga influenced by Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga with roots in classical Hatha yoga principles.

A holistic practice is one that covers everything that helps us live a better life, and hence this practice based on Sanatan Ashtanga includes all. In our practice and life, we focus on all of yoga practicing in accordance with the traditional system using all 8 limbs. At our school for teacher training certification, the program allows participants to explore yoga and how it works at an existential level as well.

Why us?

With its peaceful landscape, Nepal has long attracted many yogis and saints to feed their practices. The Himalayas of Nepal, mountains, rivers and forests provide an atmosphere around you where it is easy to get in touch with your soul.

The well-known saying, the first impression is the last impression and this program is designed to create a powerful positive first impression on participants. With this program, it allows people to take a journey of themselves in the beautiful mountains of Nepal.
