About the Program

If you have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and want to deepen your yoga practice, become a more effective teacher, and gain a deeper understanding of the philosophical roots of yoga, then our 300-hour yoga teacher training program will help you.

This 300-hour teacher training course is designed for those aspiring to delve deeper into yoga to share it with others. It helps you build systematic and effective teaching abilities while also enhancing your spiritual, mental, physical, and energetic well-being. Many beginners in yoga also find value in this course and choose to enroll. In addition to intermediate and advanced levels of postures and breathing techniques, the 300-Hour YTT Course offers deeper insight into yogic philosophy and wisdom. This course may be suitable if you register as an RYT 500 and become a highly skilled instructor.

Why Our Ytt 300 Hours Course?

For thousands of years, yoga has been passed from guru to disciple through intensive, residential apprenticeships. Yoga philosophies are more deeply grasped through discussion and practice than by reading or attending lectures. This course provides students with that experience by combining the mastery of advanced postures and breathing techniques, the deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, and a holistic yogic lifestyle. After all, yoga is not just about acrobatic contortion, but rather a path to harmony with nature and universal relief from suffering. Our holistic approach keeps yoga rooted in this ethic.

With small class sizes, philosophy lessons are interactive, the curriculum can be customized, and you will regularly teach asana and pranayama classes. Our gurus provide feedback to help you develop your style of teaching and consolidate your learning by sharing it with others. After completion of this 300-hour YTT, you will be able to teach students of all levels clearly and confidently. It enables you to register as an RYT-500, creating new opportunities for you to teach anywhere in the world.

Why Enroll At Nepal Yoga Academy?

Nepal is a rich and fertile land for yoga practice. For thousands of years, yogis have retreated to the seclusion of the Himalayan highlands for deep meditation. Here, you can feel the healing energy, allowing you to follow in the footsteps of the ancients. The Nepal Yoga Academy is located on the edge of the Kathmandu valley, surrounded by stunning views of rolling Himalayan foothills. Our well-designed programs immerse you in a yogic lifestyle. We have understood that this immersive approach allows for the most effective learning.

Often, students may confront various challenges to bring improvements in their yoga practice. We’ve experimented with various teaching methods to create a simplified and friendly style that helps make learning complex topics and techniques easier. After teaching over 2000 students through teacher training courses, we’ve gained substantial experience and strive to meet each student where they are. Whether you want to deepen your philosophical knowledge, get feedback to find your unique teaching style, or simply want to advance your personal practice by spending time in the academy, we can help you with our 300-hour teacher training course.
