This two-day retreat will combine yogic processes to heal and strengthen your body. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Kathmandu Valley, landscaped gardens and panoramic views, we will guide you through the meditative process of nourishing your body, mind and soul. With numerous relaxing activities (and a no-activity state as well), you may get a well-needed break from your busy routine. This package is designed in such a way that you get to enjoy it full-fledged. With the infusion of meditation, yoga, ayurvedic treatment, massage, sauna and some optional adventure, we aspire to provide you a healing space and time. A lot can happen in just 2 days, especially when it comes to experiencing inner peace.

Day Morning Activities
6:30 to 7:00 : Meditation & Chanting
7:00 to 7:15 : Tea break
7:15 to 8:00 : Pranayama (breathing practice)
8:00 to 8:15 : Tea break
8:15 to 9:30 : Asana practice
9:30 to 10:30 : Breakfast
Day Midday Activities
Your midday (10:30 am to 5:00 pm) will be enriched with a range of spa and Ayurvedic activities tailored for your comfort and enjoyment, with lunch served at 1:00 pm.
Each day we will offer something new, keeping your experience fresh and truly enjoyable.
Day Evening Activities
3:30 to 5:15 : Workshop
5:15 to 5:30 : Tea break
5:30 to 6:30 : Evening asana, relaxation/meditation
6:30 onward : Dinner & rest

Accommodation/Venue & Amenities
We have three different accommodation options: Panoramic Sweet, Panoramic Deluxe, Standard, and Bamboo Cottage Rooms. All rooms come with essentials like comfortable beds, ergonomic workspace, hot drinking water, towels, and hot/cold showers in attached bathrooms. You can choose the one suits you.

What if I need to stay for an additional night?
You can extend your stay, however, the additional night fees will be charged.

You can book any time if there is availability.

Can I have visitors?
Yes, visitors are welcomed but visitors’ fees are charged for the visit.

I have certain food allergies. Can my meals be adjusted accordingly?
Yes. Please inform us about your allergies, and we will ensure your meals are prepared accordingly.

Can I use a computer/ or another mobile device during my stay?
Yes ! We have adequate wifi and power supplies. You can connect your device and they can be useful tools for study. However, we will not appreciate phones or gadgets in class.

Is there purified water at the center?
Yes, you will have access to purified water at all times.

We are 3 of us in the family including my kid. Can we have an extra bed in the room?
Yes, we can arrange that for you.

What if I don’t want to attend some of the programs/classes? Will that be okay as per the rule of the retreat?
