Foundational Sound Healing Course is the path to your new world of sound & vibration. This is a course that goes into the nature of sound- what it all is, from the mystical gentle vibration of the twinkling act of creation to Tibetan singing bowls as physical storage tools and energies.

In this foundational sound healing course we provide a complete curriculum covering sound as spiritual, energetic and therapeutic tools designed to result in deep & lasting change for self development. This workshop based training is a very intensive hands-on, experiential type of learning that we have found to be both personally and professionally transformative with skills tested and proven for millennia in the sound healing arts.

5:00 to 5:15 – Tea Break

7:00 Onwards – Rest & Individual Time

General Information

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Open mind, learning attitude, and motivation to become a well-intentioned yoga teacher.
  • Respect and acceptance for different cultures, religions, and personal habits.
  • Suitable for beginner/intermediate practitioners with high self-discipline.
  • Physically fit and mentally stable to handle rigorous training.
  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Inform us of any chronic health issues before booking.

How to Get There

  • Located between Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
  • 22 km from Tribhuvan International Airport, 10 km from Bhaktapur, 25 km from Thamel, and 1 km from Telkot.
  • Hire a cab from the airport or request us to arrange one for a fee.
  • You can use local public transportation

What to Bring

  • Warm clothing for mornings and evenings (winter)
  • Warm socks, hat, waterproof walking shoes, outdoor wear (winter/rainy season)
  • Headlamp and batteries or flashlight
  • Conservative dress for temple visits; cotton conservative dress for yoga
  • Refillable water bottle/thermos (drinking water and tea are provided on-site).
