About the Program

The 500-hour yoga teacher training course is a well-planned and organized programme for the advanced yoga practitioners. This Programme is designed to strengthen your foundational yoga knowledge. This course combines our 200-hour and 300-hour into a long-term, immersive experience. Uniting both courses provides the opportunity for you to truly adopt the habits of the yogic lifestyle.

You will first spend time completing our 200-hour yoga teacher training programme. In this course, you will get the foundational knowledge necessary to be a confident teacher and you will gain experience living a yogic life with your fellow teacher trainees. Then, in the 300-hour component of the course, you will transition to more advanced study. It helps you improve your physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic well-being, as well as develop methodical and effective teaching skills.

Why Our Ytt 500 Hours Course?

The 500-hours advanced yoga teacher training course is designed for people who want to dive deep into authentic forms of yoga so they can impart this knowledge and practice to others who are striving for it. This course, taught at Nepal Yoga Academy is an intensive Classical Hatha Yoga practice, primarily based on Sanatan (classical) and Ashtanga Yoga traditions.

This program is designed not only to strengthen your basic learning about yoga, but also to create a strong foundation, assisting in step-by-step transitioning into core yoga practices along with all the possible skills needed to make you an exemplary yoga teacher. This course also includes vinyasa, ashtanga, power, and yin yoga depending on students’ needs. Yoga philosophy and wisdom are essential parts of the curriculum as well. Only a small number of advanced students are accepted at any given time, enabling you to go deeper with interactive philosophy discussions, a customized curriculum, and many opportunities to teach asana and pranayama classes to cement the knowledge you gained in the 200-hour course through immediate application. Teaching others is a powerful method to enhance your own understanding.
