This retreat program for yoga is designed to provide a natural way of detoxification in the body and mind, holistically based on the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga. These different yogic practices involve techniques of Satkarma or the cleansing techniques, Shirodhara, asana, pranayama, and meditation—how you can attain inner clarity and growth spiritually.

These practices improve the energy flow, remove the toxins, and prepare the body for higher yogic and spiritual practices. By practicing these traditional techniques of yogic detox, participants experience complete rejuvenation, improvement of digestion, free energy flow, and reconnection to inner peace.

Day Midday Activities

Your midday (10:30 am to 5:00 pm) will be enriched with a range of spa and Ayurvedic activities tailored for your comfort and enjoyment, with lunch served at 1:00 pm.

  • Located between Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
  • 22 km from Tribhuvan International Airport, 10 km from Bhaktapur, 25 km from Thamel, and 1 km from Telkot.
  • Hire a cab from the airport or request us to arrange one for a fee.
